Members with candidates potentially interested in joining the Environmental Cleaners are invited to bring them along to the Prospective Members event at Lord’s on Friday 9 June.

Dress code: Black Tie for men and cocktail dress with covered shoulders for ladies.

7.15pm               Champagne Reception in Lords Pavilion
7.45pm               3 course Dinner including wine
11pm                  Carriages

Ticket price:     £105.00 each

There is an optional 20 minute guided tour of the Pavilion with Lords guide at 7pm for an additional charge (£12) and please confirm with payment on booking if you would like to join this.

If you have a potential candidate for membership you would like to attend with, please email the application form and menu choice to Court Assistant Ashley Hoadley along with your full name and contact details, and the full name of any guests.

Partners are welcome, but we are limited to a maximum of 60 places so please book early.

This is not a standard company event and is being organised by the Membership & Communications Committee and Court Assistant Matthew Johnson. As such payment should be made by BACS to:

Parking is restricted at the venue, but a limited number of spaces are available for those with mobility impairments. Please, let us know on the booking form if you would require a parking space.
